年初七，找壁画。

小女孩望海壁画

昨天，也就是人人生日的那天，我独自一人乘搭巴士来到了乔治市，为的就是寻找这幅手握垃圾袋气球，眼神望向大海的小女孩壁画。

这幅壁画和恩纳斯在他的《垃圾是艺术，艺术是垃圾》画展中的其中一幅壁画很相似，也是一个小女孩拿着垃圾袋气球的。依这幅望海女孩壁画的风格来看，相信这幅壁画也是出之于恩纳斯之手。之所以会知道这幅壁画的存在是因为我的朋友在面书上分享给我，而我唯一的线索就只知道是海边。所以我昨天真的是沿着旧关仔角的海岸，烈日当空下走了一遍。最后，皇天不负苦心人，真的是好不容易才找到这位小女孩啊！想知道这幅壁画在那里吗？那么就请耐心读完这文章吧，到了最后才告诉你们地点。。哈哈。。现在就来看看我找到的其他壁画吧~

Yesterday, the 7th day of Chinese New Year was the People's Day (everyone birthday). On my 'birthday', I went to Georgetown alone to hunt down this little girl looking at the sea holding a black rubbish plastic bag balloon.

This mural is similar to one of the murals in Ernest's 'Art is Rubbish is Art' solo exhibition. Judging from the drawing style of this mural, it is most likely Ernest's artwork as well. I get to know the existence of this mural from my friend's share on Facebook. The only clue I get regarding this mural is that it is located at the seaside. And so, I have walk around the seaside of Esplanade under the super hot sun. After a really tough searching effort, finally I get to meet with this little girl. Want to know where this mural is? Then you will have to patiently read this post until the end..hehe.. For now, let's have a look at some other murals that I have found yesterday.

一位住在乔治市的朋友给我看了他拍到的一幅壁画。那是我还没收集到的壁画，所以我就问了他该壁画的地点。他告诉我如果没记错的话应该是在Lorong Madras。听了这个线索，昨天我就一直在Lorong Madras那里转啊转，把每条小巷和每条小巷里的小巷都转了一遍。转了一个小时左右，始终还是找不到他说的那幅壁画，不过却意外地让我遇见了这只正在吠的小白狗壁画。

A friend living in Georgetown has shown me a mural which I have not collected. He told me that if he remembered correctly, it should be at Madras Lane. And so, I wandered around in Madras Lane for almost an hour yesterday. Sadly, I wasn't able to find the mural he was talking about but the good thing is I found this white barking doggy mural!

沿着墙壁一直往内走，又发现了一只小白狗，不过这就只没有吠了。

Walking along the wall, I found another white doggy, but this one is not barking.

在往内走些又遇到了三只。

And then I saw these three white doggies.

然后。。。我的天啊！竟然是一大群的小白！它们都被一个铁门关着了。

And then... Oh my God! This is a bunch of white doggies! And they are being locked inside an iron gate!

过后就是这些被淋了油漆的小白。这些油漆到底是怎么一回事呢？

And then there are the doggies being poured with paint. Where did the paint come from?

我不知道。。哈哈。。

I don't know (the Chinese words in the picture) ..haha..

其实是上面的油漆男孩不小心把油漆打翻了啦~

Actually it is because of the boy accidentally knocked the paint.

然后这些油漆就流到的狗狗们的身上。

And the paint fall to the doggies.

整体的壁画是这样子的。

This is how the mural look like in overall.

这幅油漆男孩和狗狗壁画是在Lorong Madras里的不知道餐馆的侧墙的。有看到墙上的那两只小白狗吗？

This painting boy and white doggy mural is located at the side wall of Bu Zhi Dao cafe and bistro in Madras Lane. See the two white doggies on the wall?

在Lorong Madras里我还找到了这幅鱼的壁画。这幅壁画就在辅友社里面。看到旁边的那只蟑螂吗？也是画上去的哦。

I have found another mural in Madras Lane. It is a mural of three fishes and a cockroach. This mural is located in the Hu Yew Seah.

在Lorong Madras里找了许久，最后还是找不到我朋友说的那幅壁画。原本是想要放弃了，不过后来想想，应该就是在这一带了吧。我相信我的直觉，然后决定走完附近的每一条街。果然，付出是有回报的。走了四条街后，终于被我找到了！这就是我朋友告诉我的那幅壁画啦~

After looking for the mural my friend told me in Madras Lane for a very long time, at last I failed to find it. At first I feel like giving up the search, but then my instinct told me that the mural should be nearby. And so, I followed my instinct and I started searching at each street nearby. Finally, my effort doesn't come to a waste. I found the mural in the fourth street I was searching.

壁画的左边是一幅古典西式三轮车。

The left side of the mural is the old style western trishaw.

而右边则是一个爬树的小男孩。

And the right side is a young boy climbing a tree.

这幅壁画其实是在Lorong Selamat里的Purple-houze cafe的侧墙壁画。Lorong Selamat和Lorong Madras只是差一条街的距离，之间被Jalan Zainal Abidin隔着。

This mural is located at the side wall of purple-houze cafe at Lorong Selamat. Lorong Selamat and Madras Lane are actually not far from each other. They are separated by Jahudi Road.

现在差不多是时候要揭晓望海女孩壁画的地点了。不过在这之前，沿海行走的时候我发现了这副壁画。虽然看起来像是涂鸦，但是我觉得它很可爱所以就拍了下来。这幅是在旧关仔角美食广场那里的。

It is about time to unveil the location of the girl looking at the sea mural. Before that, there was another mural I found when I was walking along the seaside. It was more like a graffiti but for me it was actually quite cute so I added it into my collection. It is located at the Padang Kota Lama hawker center.

这就是望海女孩壁画的所在地啦！为了拍这幅壁画我把我的裤子给弄湿了。看见那幅壁画了吗？就在那个蓝色的铁围墙旁边哦。你能认得出这是那里吗？

Tada, this is where the girl looking at the sea mural is. I get myself wet for shooting this mural. Saw the mural? It is just beside the blue iron wall. Can you recognise where this place is?

望海女孩壁画就在The Mansion后面的海边，地址请看照片吧。从Penang Bowl后面的停车场那里也是可以看到壁画的哦~

The mural is actually located at the beach behind The Mansion. You can see the mural at the car park behind Penang Bowl as well.
