Well, I am a photographer myself so it make sense that the photos posted on this website are my own masterpiece. Therefore, I (Carlés Liew Chi Khong from My Life Via Lens) am the legal copyright holder of all photos posted on this website, unless otherwise noted. I am also the sole writer of this website so all the written materials fall under my copyright as well. Any photos or written materials from My Life Via Lens must be used, reprinted, (partially) modified or published with my written consent. A link to My Life Via Lens must appear in all copies of any artwork or content, including articles and press releases.

Everyone has the right to speak so I wouldn't remove any comment (that does not conflicts with any criteria written in the Reserved Rights section) written by the readers. However, do bear in mind that the opinion expressed by any third parties are their own and do not represent the position or believe of My Life Via Lens. I am not responsible for any impolite, narrow-minded or offensive comment on my blog (hopefully there will be not).

My Life Via Lens is being written in bilingual, namely Chinese and English. Frankly, I am not a professional writer and my language skill is limited, therefore, some terms used in this website might not be appropriate or consider rude in the worst case. However, it is important to know that any terms or any phrases used in this website does not has any meaning of harm or offensive to any party.

All the information provided on My Life Via Lens are the result of my little research, either mouth-to-mouth or crawling online or both. In some case, the information provided might not be accurate, so I advice you to do double checking before jumping to the conclusion. As you can see, many of my blog posts are about food. I rate these foods purely based on my personal feeling and it may be different from how you feel about these foods.

Yes, one of my objectives to write this blog is to earn money with it (but it doesn't seem to be going well). Therefore, you will see different advertisements on my blog from time to time. I am splitting some of my previous bilingual posts into single language post in either Chinese or English. If contradiction shall happen, the Chinese version post shall be referred. Do refer to the Chinese post for the original time and date  as well.
