| 槟城阿来白咖喱面 |
闻名全马的My Kuali槟城白咖喱面上市不久后，阿来白咖喱面也来凑热闹了。这两包槟城白咖喱面包装非常相似，不看清楚的话很容易会拿错的。话说，大马人还真是喜欢有样学样啊，看看乔治市的壁画就知道了。
Not long after the famous My Kuali Penang white curry noodle being introduced, another Penang white curry noodle of the brand 'Ah Lai' suddenly appeared out of nowhere. The packet designed of these two white curry noodles are very similar, one will easily mistake it with another if he/she didn't look carefully. Well, Malaysian really like to play copy and paste (just like when I was in university..haha..). A good example would be the murals that were flooding Georgetown now.
我买这包阿来白咖喱面已经有一段时间了，可是一直都没有吃。终于就在昨天，钱包没钱了，我又懒惰去提款所以就开封这包阿来白咖喱面。和My Kuali一样，阿来一个包装里有四包面。我是在双溪赖夜市购买这包阿来白咖喱面的，RM7.50。现在在很多地方都可以买到My Kuali和阿来白咖喱面了，通常这两个牌子的白咖喱面都会放在一起售卖。
I have bought this Ah Lai white curry noodle for quite some times but yet to try it until yesterday. Same as My Kuali, one big pack of Ah Lai consists of four packs white curry noodle. I bought Ah Lai white curry noodle at Sungai Dua night market, they sold at a price of RM7.50. Today, you can find these two brands of white curry noodle at many places especially around Georgetown.
阿来白咖喱面的面块普通，就跟一般的快熟面一样。
The noodle of Ah Lai white curry noodle is just like the normal instant noodle, nothing special.
阿来白咖喱面的调味料也和My Kuali的一样，两包调味粉和一包调味酱。当我倒出小包的调味粉时，它是青色颗粒状的，给我的感觉就像是鱼的饲料一样。
The quantity of seasonings of Ah Lai are the same as My Kuali, one chili paste and two seasoning powders. When I opened the seasoning powder of the smaller packet, it was green granules and it feels just like fish feed to me.
加入调味粉后，汤底变成白色了。这时，我闻到了淡淡椰香味，这是My Kuaili白咖喱面没有的。
After adding the seasoning powder, the soup became white colour and I can smell the coconut fragrant coming from the seasoning powder which My Kuali does not have.
最后，加入调味酱，然后一碗热腾腾的白咖喱面就完成了。阿来白咖喱面的汤底没有My Kuali的来得红，味道也没有My Kuali的浓重。至于辣味，个人觉得还是My Kuali更胜一筹，但是阿来的淡淡芬香却是我喜欢的。
Lastly, adding the chili paste and the yummy white curry noodle is ready to be served. The soup of Ah Lai white curry noodle is not as red as that of My Kuali and the smell is not as heavy as well. As for the spicy taste, I would say that My Kuali is more spicy, but the sweetness of Ah Lai is what I prefered.
