5th July 2014, Ninetology launches their second experiential center in Penang, which is situated at the sixth floor of Gurney Paragon. The first Ninetology experiential center in Penang is located at the ground floor of Megamall Penang at Bandar Perai jaya.
Customers who are resided in Pulau Pinang or surrounding states can reach this newly opened experiential center conveniently.
Besides providing thorough product showcase, Ninetology aims to complement today's culture and lifestyle.
Ninetology experiential center also provides professional assistance to their customers. Besides, the after sales service, 9care is available both online and offline which provide customers a convenient way to get an understanding of what's happening on their devices.
In Ninetology experiential center, customers get to experience the touch and feel of the devices.
Yise Loo, a Malaysian singer and songwriter was the invited guess of the launching ceremony.
Aside form Yise Loo, the launching ceremony was graced by the management team of Ninetology ASEAN comprising of Mr Sean Ng (Chief Executive Officer), Mr Marco Beh (Chief Operating Officer) and Mr Leslie Loh (Chief Digital Officer).
