如果你有关注我的话，你会发现其实我“离开”了一段时间。为的就是筹办《社服与你有约》交流营。在这个营的筹备过程当中，我是副统筹，接着也当上了营长。这是我人生中第一次当营长。说真的，在营开跑的前一天，还真的是有点紧张和压力。
简单地说明下营的概念吧。起初这是一个由一群社服烂瓜策划给在届社服中老瓜的一个传承营。后来，因某些原因变成了培训营然后最后变成了交流营。该营主要的目标是为了让营员们对社区有一定的认识，提升自我各方面的成长，以及联谊大家。那么，什么是社服呢？社服是一个社区服务的团体，是理大华文学会社区工作坊的简称。
营的第一天，我们七点半一大早就在理大的大空地那里集合了。大家手上拿着的是副营长所精心编辑的小册子。
Well, if you have noticed, I have 'left' for a period of time. This is to organise a camp 'She Fu Dating You' for the She Fu members. In the organising committee, I hold the position of the vice chairman, and following that, I have took the position of the camp leader. This is the first time I took the position as a camp leader. Frankly speaking, the day before the camp start, I can feel the nervousness and pressure overflowing my body.
At first, the concept of this camp is about inheritance, but then, due to some reasons, it has change to sort of training camp and lastly it has become the camp for bonding each other. This camp main objectives are to implant awareness regarding community to the campers, increase the campers capabilities and to bond each other. As for She Fu, it is actually a community service society in USM.
On the first day of the camp, we all gather at the big field in USM at 7.30am. The beautiful booklets that we all holding are compiled by our vice camp leader.

咦？好像是超载了哦。
Hmm? It seems like it is overloaded.
是的，确实是超载了。原定计划是会有四辆车子的，不过其中一辆在半路遇到了一些问题所以无法赶来了。最后，我们硬着头皮以每一辆车挤六个人出发去了。这的确是对车子是个很大的负担，身为营长我要说声对不起，委屈你们的车子了。
Yup, it is indeed overloaded. In the original plan, we will have four cars to depart together. Due to some technical problem, one of the car cant make it in time. So, we have to go by 3 cars, which one car is allocated 6 people. This is really damaging to the cars especially when passing the mountain road. As the camp leader, I would like to apologise to all the car's owners. I am so sorry.
抵达民宿
我们这次的营是办在浮罗勿洞里的一间脚车民宿，Audi Homestay。Uncle Sam，也就是脚车民宿的老板以很低的价钱让我们住上了三天，真的是很感谢Uncle Sam！
Our camp is being held in a bicycle home-stay located at Pulau Betong. It is called Audi Homestay and uncle Sam is the owner of this home-stay. Uncle Sam rent us the home-stay at a very low price for 3 days, really thanks a lot for his kindness!
我们顺顺利利的抵达了民宿，虽然是拖了不少时间。
We arrive at the home-stay safely but has drag some time.
有一个人的“Yeah”反了哦。。哈哈。。
Someone's 'Yeah!' is different from others..haha..
抵达后，我们把东西搬上楼上的房间。原本只是住一间房间的，不过好心的Uncle Sam把第二间房间也免费让我们使用了。再一次谢谢Uncle Sam！
Upon arrival, we moved our things to the room upstairs. Originally, we were only booking for one room but Uncle Sam has let us use the second room for free. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to uncle Sam. Thank you uncle Sam!
破冰小游戏
大家把东西安放好后，我们就开始了营的第一个环节 - 破冰
After finished settle down all our things, we started the first activity in the camp - Ice Breaking
大家为大家取花名。
Everyone is thinking a nickname for everyone.
此时，我们的社区意识主讲人，丽琦和副营长，慧杨正在准备接下来的讲座。
In the meantime, our lecturer, Lee Kee and our vice camp leader, Hui Yang are making preparation for the later talk.
破冰后，我们来个小游戏来热热身。这个小游戏名字叫“Up Up抬起头”，因为大家必须把头抬起来。。哈哈。。这游戏很简单，营员被分成两组然后在两组中间绑一条绳子。主持人将一张纸巾从中放下，然后两组努力的把纸巾吹向对方。纸巾在哪一方跌落，另一方就是赢家了。
After breaking the ice, we warm up with a mini game. The rules is pretty simple. Campers are divided into two group and a rope is tied in between the groups. The moderator will then throw a tissue paper above the rope and the two group will have to fight blowing the tissue paper towards the other group. If the tissue drop on the ground of group 1, then group 2 will be the winner.
社区意识讲座
小游戏过后，就进入了营的第一个课程。这个课程的目标是为了让营员们对社区有更深的了解以及自己在社区扮演着什么样的角色。
After the mini game, we enter the first lesson of our camp. The objective of this lesson is to let the campers has a deeper understanding regard community and their role in a community.
The lecturer for this talk is actually one of the camp committee. She is Lee Kee. She was using the case study of Jalan Sultan to let the campers know the problem facing by that community now. The problem faced by Jalan Sultan is obvious and many people are aware of it. Yet, there are also many insignificant problems facing by other community. Hope that after listening to this talk, the campers will have a better understanding of their servicing community and find out what are the problems facing by the community and then come up with a solution to cop with it.
午餐时间
讲座过后就是我们的午餐时间啦！我们的午餐是由民宿准备的，每人份只需RM4哦。
After the talk is the lunch time. Our lunch is prepared by the home-stay which it costs RM4 per person.
我们的午餐有粥，青菜，鸡蛋和煎鱼。
Our lunch is made up of porridge, vegetable, egg and fried fishes.
经验分享
吃饱后就是经验分享的时间了。经验分享的两位主讲人分别是Uncle Sam和古先生。Uncle Sam就是脚车民宿的老板而古先生是一名画家同时也有销售幼儿识字卡。
After having our lunch, it's time for experience sharing session. This sharing session is carried out by Uncle Sam and Ah Gu. Uncle Sam is the owner of this Audi Homestay and Ah Gu is an artist.

由于古先生有事在身所以提早离开了。很遗憾这张大合照里没有古先生。
Ah Gu has left us earlier as he has something else to do. Too bad that this group photo is without Ah Gu.
营歌营舞
听了两小时的经验分享，现在是时候让大家动起来了！
After listening to the two hours sharing session, it is time to get everybody to move their body!
你说我讲
你说我讲其实就只是个辩论会的环节，但是辩论的题目可真的是让人搅尽了脑汁。题目是，“成家立业是成功的其中一个标准”。
This is actually a debate session. However, it is not easy at all. The tittle for this debate is 'Family and career is one of the standard of being success'.
大家都在努力思考的当儿，这位烂瓜祥开则在一旁悠闲的弹吉他。
While everyone is cracking their head thinking for the debating points, this old senior, Xiang Kai is playing guitar at the side.
晚餐时间
很快的又来到了晚餐时间。今天的晚餐和午餐几乎是差不多一样的，不同的是这次我们是吃饭而不是粥。
Pretty soon it is dinner time. The dinner is almost the same with the lunch, just that we are eating rice for dinner instead of porridge.

距离下一个环节还有些许的时间，所以一些营员们到附近的稻田骑脚车。一般上，是需要付钱租借才能骑的，不过好心的Uncle Sam免费让我们骑哦。
There is still some time until the next session, so some of us went cycling at the nearby paddy field. Normally, we have to pay for the bicycle but Uncle Sam has let us ride it for free.
认识自己
这是第一天的最后一个环节。主讲人是来自檀香寺的。这次的课程主要是让营员们对自己有更深一步的了解，探索自己的内心世界。
This is the last session for the first day. The objectives of this session is to let the camper has a better understanding about themselves and to discover what is within themselves.
大家晚安
就这样，一天结束了。大家带着疲惫的身躯与精神上床去了。
And so, the first day ended. Everyone gone to bed with their tired mind and body.
身为营长，在这里有些话想说。第一就是以我的性格，我不能成为一个很好的领导人。我是个不喜欢责任的人，所以很多事可免则免。第二就是，管理自己的时间是一件很容易的事，但是当你需要管理二十个人的时间时，这就一点也不容易了。所以今天营的时间管理真的是很差。第三就是做决定这方面。当发生突发状况是，一个领导人的决定是很重要的。做决定时必须考量到该决定对所有事物的影响性，是好或是坏。
As a camp leader, there are things that I would like to share. 1st one is that I am not a good leader due to my personality. I am a person that dislike responsibility so I would like to avoid as much things as possible. 2nd one is time management. To manage my own time is easy, but when it comes to twenty persons, it is not easy at all. So, I have to admit that the time management for this camp is really sucks! 3rd one is decision making. When an emergency happens, the decision from a leader is very important. When making a decision, I have to consider the affection of my decision towards all the other matter, either it is good or bad.
身为营长我失责了，不过也因此我得到了某些东西。所谓不经一事，不长一智。我不后悔我拿了营长一职。
Well, I am not good enough to be a camp leader, but at the same time, I have earned something valuable. I am not regretting for taking up this position.
