【工厂初体验】Fulijaya Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd.

A visit to Fulijaya Corporation

上个星期六，我参与了由Casual Event Management（CEM）主办的Fulijaya制造工厂游学。从而得知牙刷的制作过程以及接触了那些我很陌生的机械。我发现在工厂里有两种机械，一种是由电源发动的机械，另一种则是“机械人”！看见那些员工重复性地做同样的动作，我真的觉得我很幸福，感恩啊！

Last Saturday, I have participated in a learning tour organised by Casual Event Management (CEM). We have visited the Fulijaya manufacturing factory in Kulim. From the visit, I get to know the making of a toothbrush. Besides, I get to see many machine that I have never seen before (as this is my first visit to a factory). While we were in the factory, I found out that there are actually two types of machine, one is powered by electricity and the other one is the "human machine". Really, when I looked at the workers doing the same thing over and over again for hours, I felt like I should be happy for everything I have in my life. I should appreciate my life.

在参观工厂前，我们先到Fulijaya办公室等待。等待的同时，负责人为我们讲解Fulijaya的产品。牙刷和牙膏是Fulijaya的产品之一。他们的牙刷把柄是使用与幼儿奶嘴相同材料的（突然怀念起我小时候的奶嘴了:P）。

Before we went to visit the factory, we waited at the Fulijaya office first. While waiting, the person in charge introduced to us about the Fulijaya's products. One of the products of Fulijaya is toothbrush. Their toothbrush grip is using the same ingredients as the baby's pacifier.

除了牙膏牙刷，Fulijaya也有出产漱口剂以及其他口腔护理用品。

Beside toothbrush, Fulijaya also produced mouthwashes and other oral care products.

此外，Fulijaya也生产了有机产品。天然有机燕麦乃是Fulijaya有机产品之一，燕麦附加了苹果干细胞及益生菌。有机燕麦有助于降低胆固醇、降低心血管疾病的风险、增强和刺激免疫系统、稳定血糖指数、改善消化系统、以及调节修复功能。

Other than oral care products, Fulijaya do produced organic products as well. The organic oat is one of the organic products of Fulijaya, which it mixed with apple stem cell and probiotic. The organic oat helps to lower the cholestrol level, reduce risk of cardiovascular disease, enhance and stimulate immune system, stabilize blood sugar, improves digestive system and regulates healing functions.

Fulijaya的护肤品也是有机产品之一。他们的护肤品系列有洁面凝胶、洁面乳、活肤露、润肤霜、沐浴露、润肤乳、以及洗发水和润发乳。润肤乳和沐浴露有两种芳香可以选，分别是玫瑰芳香和熏衣草芳香。

Fulijaya's skin care products are also organic products. Their skin care products include cleansing gel, cleansing milk, mist, moisturiser, body SPA, body soothe, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. There are two flavours available for the body SPA and body soothe, which are the rose flavour and the lavender flavour.

Fulijaya的有机产品是经过国际组织EcoCert认可的。上次从Sorganic有机豆粉那里得知这个EcoCert可是相当难获得的，从耕种到包装到经销都要严厉进行，所以Fulijaya的有机产品品质是受到保证的。

Fulijaya's organic product is recognised by the international body, EcoCert. Base on my understanding regard EcoCert from Sorganic soy powder, an organic product is really organic when they have this EcoCert for their product as this recognition is pretty hard to get. Therefore, the quality of the Fulijaya's organic product is assured.

在香港的一个世博会中（有百多间公司参与），Fulijaya赢得了六个奖项中的其中两个（上图）。当然，Fulijaya也荣获了其它奖项。

In an expo in Hong Kong whereby the expo was participated by hundreds of company, Fulijaya has won two awards out of the six awards (as shown above). Of course, Fulijaya have won many other awards beside these two awards.

负责人讲解完毕后，我们便开始前往参观工厂。可惜的是工厂内不允许拍照，所以没照片看了。工厂里感觉有点热，可以闻到机械（或塑料）味道（熔化模型时）。厂内空间蛮大的，每隔一段距离就放着一台机械，进行着不同的过程。当天我们看见了牙刷的诞生过程，从制作牙刷模具，到制作牙刷把柄，到为牙刷添毛，到包装。这些都是对我很新鲜的体验！如果有想参观工厂的朋友们可以向Fulijaya预约哦。

After listening to the product's explanation, we went to visit the factory. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to take photo inside the factory, so I will just briefly have a write up about my experience inside the factory. First of all, it was a bit hot inside and I can smell some machine (or plastic) smell inside the factory (during molding process). The factory is quite wide inside and machines can be seen all around. Each machine carried out different task, some are full auto and some required manual process. And yes, to witness the making of toothbrush from molding to packing is definitely a new experience for me. If you would like to visit the factory, you can make an appointment with Fulijaya.

参观完工厂，我们又再次回到Fulijaya办公室。接下来将进行Fulijaya相关讲座以及与Dato Kethnyzz Tan（Fulijaya创办人）访问交谈。当天出席的有我们几位博客以及Dato的朋友。

After finished visiting the factory, we went back to Fulijaya office. Next we will be having a talk about Fulijaya and an interview session with Dato Kethnyzz Tan (founder of Fulijaya Corporation). This session was attended by us, the blogger and Dato's friend.

这位就是Dato Kethnyzz Tan啦。我很喜欢他的讲座方式，搞笑又轻松。Dato说做生意最重要的是诚信，因为在这个科技发达的时代骗人是没用的，顾客们只要去找谷先生（谷歌）就能知道你有没有在说谎。Dato告诉我们Fulijaya的使命是要绿化地球，让人们活得健康。

This is Dato Kethnyzz Tan and I like the way he speaks. It was fun and relax to listen to his talk. Dato said that the most important thing in doing a business is honesty. As the era we were living in now, lying is useless as customers can straight away know the truth by finding Mr. Google. Dato also told us that Fulijaya mission is to make the earth greener and to enhance the health of people.

访问环节过后就是说拜拜的时候了。离开前Fulijaya送了我们每人一支牙刷。这次造访让我体验了不同的经验，但我觉得最大的收获还是认识了其他博客。

The visiting to Fulijaya ended with the interviewed session. Before we left, Fulijaya has given us a toothbrush as a souvenir. In all, I have gained another new experience from this visitng and the best part would be meeting the other bloggers! :)
